Educating young minds through the ARTs.

In Science the third grade is currently studying the human body. Each student has been instrumental in helping to create a graph about what bone they think is the most important. In addition, each of them created their own skeleton and is currently conducting research about a bone of their choice.

Here are the kids performing their common and proper noun monoloques. We have been working on identifying common and proper nouns in writing.

SAIL believes that the single most powerful tool to motivate students, enhance learning, and develop high-order thinking skills, especially for at-risk students (K-6), is by infusing the arts into the core curriculum.
