At SAIL, we not only address the needs of our students, but we also make a special effort to reach out and support SAIL parents by encouraging them to join in the learning process.

Ways to Get Involved With Your Child’s School:
• Participate in the Parent Involvement Committee.
The Parent Involvement Committee (PIC) meets the fourth Tuesday of every month at 6:00pm and the next meeting is on April 27. Childcare is provided, along with snacks and soda. If you would like to get involved with the PIC, contact SAIL parent and Board President Tosha Francis: tosha@thecapturedlife.com.
• Keep informed.

SAIL parents make a difference at SAIL through volunteering at least the required 25 hours during the year in support of the school (or donating a comparable value of items or money in lieu of volunteer hours). Read here for information about how parents can volunteer and/or donate to SAIL.

SAIL is participating in store reward programs where if you use your Giant BonusCard, Harris Teeter VIC card, Safeway Club Card, or Target credit card, a percentage of the proceeds support SAIL. Go here to link your store cards now.
